Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Please park in the main Lutheran West parking lot. Follow the signs for the Event Entrance, which is under the red awning. The college fair will be held in our Senney Gymnasium.
- Please note that school is in session this day, so the parking lot will be more full than in previous years. However, there is plenty of parking.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 11:30am.
- Reps are welcome to drop off materials at the entrance before parking. Light refreshments will be provided prior to the start of the fair.
