Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- **New location on campus this year for our fair** All college and university reps should enter the campus off Philadelphia St, and park in the parking lot on the west side of campus near In N Out and the shopping center. The fair will be held in our Vintage Gym, which has an entrance facing the west side of campus. All reps can enter through the double doors and check in with the fair coordinator at a table in the gym lobby.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 5:30pm.
- Reps will be provided a folding table and chair for the fair, please provide your own tablecloths, etc. Tables are first come, first serve.
