Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Please enter the property and weave to the right and follow the pattern of the cones towards the back of the property. You will see a large building with the words "Tom and Mary Ann Peters Center". This is the gym building where you will set up. We will have staff there to greet you.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 8am.
- If you pull up to the doors, we can help you unload so that you can park. If the parking spots in front of the building are taken we can guide you where to park after you unload to make it more convenient.
- We will provide breakfast foods (danish, bagels, coffee, juice, muffins, etc...).
