Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Welcome! We have had major renovations done recently and still continue to have some construction projects on our campus. There are two ways to enter our property: one at the traffic light in front of the school/church (more construction going on here) and the second is just before the traffic light at our IRCS STEM Center. Either is fine and there will be parking signs for both, as well as two entrances to get into the high school building (FAMILY LIFE CENTER).
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 11:15am.
- Ulmerton Road (688), the main road that will bring you West from the Howard Frankland bridge, has several traffic lights and can get busy, so you may want to plan on an extra 10-15 minutes. If you end up at the beach, you've gone a mile or so too far. Safe travels!
- Snacks and drinks will be provided. Looking forward to seeing each of you!
