Fair Coordinator Notes
ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS
- When you enter SWCHS, you can park in visitor parking at door 1. Enter through the main doors at door 1.
STUDENTS AND FAMILIES
- Please be sure to register ahead of time to prepare for the fair and to receive your list of matched schools.
COLLEGE REPS
- College reps may begin to arrive at 5:30pm.
- Sign in with a SWCHS staff or parent volunteer (we will have name tags on). Pick a table and set up!
- We will have snacks and drinks available for all College Reps in our conference room. Please note: It will not be a full meal, just yummy snacks!
- I will make announcements and pray at 6:20pm. Thank you!!
